Know your numbers

Whether you are a vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, carnivore or something in between. 

You should know your numbers. 

We have access to so many tools in the forms of apps , websites, programs, nutritionist and even personal trainers.  I recommend tracking your caloric intake for a few days. Use one of the formentioned resources to figure out what your breakdown of your macronutrients are.(macros) 

Carbohydrates, Fats, Proteins, Fiber and Alcohol. Yes. I said Alcohol. 

Keep in mind that what you are taking in, is what's giving you your results. 

So if you like your results, don't change a thing. 

But if you are less than happy with what you see, change one thing at a time. 

Give it a few weeks before you expect results.
