We have access to so many tools in the forms of apps , websites, programs, nutritionist and even personal trainers. I recommend tracking your caloric intake for a few days. Use one of the formentioned resources to figure out what your breakdown of your macronutrients are.(macros) Carbohydrates, Fats, Proteins, Fiber and Alcohol. Yes. I said Alcohol. Keep in mind
